Application conditions

New Zealand ordinary investment immigration application conditions:

1. Under the age of 66, with at least 3 years of business management experience;
2. Investing 3 million New Zealand dollars in New Zealand (need to explain the legal source), the investment period is 4 years, and the following three years live 146 days each year;
3. English IELTS 3 scores or TOEFL iBT 31-34 scores;
4. Using the EOI screening model, an investment of 750,000 NZD and above into the growth product can get an extra 20 points.
5. Ensure that you have had experience in investing in financial products two years before the investment, such as insurance, funds, wealth management, etc., no amount and profit requirements.
6. The main applicant must have business experience: at least 3 years of self-employment and own company; or managed a company that has employed 5 employees, or managed a company that has a turnover of at least 1 million New Zealand dollars.

Growth Investments is defined as:

It can’t be a bond investment, not a philanthropic investment. Other recognized investments are recognized as growth investments.

For applicants with managed funds, the Immigration Business Group will consider a specific portfolio to define the specific proportion of growth investment. For example, if the applicant spends half of the money on the bond and the other half on the stock investment, the proportion of growth investment will be defined as 50%.
